How to accept and fulfil orders

New orders are in the «My sales» section. Agree the price in the «Bargaining» status if needed, accept the order (the «Pay commission and accept order» button), then click «Ship» and close the deal once the buyer has received the goods.

Account menu → «My sales», then open «Order №…». Until the order is accepted, instead of the receiver and delivery details you see a «Data locked» mark — they open up after the commission is paid.

• If the order is in the «Bargaining» status, the buyer has already named their price for the negotiable items.
• You can click «Accept» or send a «Counter price» — it must be higher than the current one and no higher than the listing's starting price.
• Once every negotiable item is agreed, the order moves to the «New» status automatically.

1. 1In the «New» status click «Pay commission and accept order».
2. 2In the «Commission payment» window check the amount and pick the method: «From balance» or «One-time payment».
3. 3If the balance is not enough, use the «top up balance» link — details in «Balance and commission».
4. 4After payment the order moves to «Confirmed», and the receiver and delivery details become available.

If you cannot fulfil the order, click «Refuse sale» in the «Bargaining» status — the whole order will be cancelled. In the «New» and «Confirmed» statuses the «Cancel» action is available.

• Once you have handed the parcel over or agreed on a hand-over in person, click «Ship».
• The buyer confirms receipt; you can also use the «Mark as completed» action.
• You receive payment for the goods directly from the buyer — the marketplace does not hold the price of the goods.
