Setting up a seller profile

Confirm your email and phone number to list a product on the site. Enable delivery methods in «Settings». Optionally keep «Posts» on your profile.

If you signed up with email, confirm your address with the 6-digit code from the message. If the message did not arrive, click «Resend code» and check the «Spam» folder. When signing up with Google or Facebook, no code is needed: your email is already confirmed. Changing the address in «Settings» requires confirmation with a code sent to the new address.

In «Settings» add a number in the +380XXXXXXXXX format (changing it requires your current password) and confirm it: you will receive a call — enter the last 4 digits of the number that called you. You cannot publish a product without a confirmed phone number.

Your contacts are not shown on the product page: the buyer gets your phone number and email only after you confirm their order — in the order details and in an email.

In «Settings» enable the services you really ship with: Nova Poshta, Ukrposhta, Meest Poshta. They are shown on your product page in the «Seller's delivery methods» block, and the buyer picks the method from them at checkout. If none is enabled, the buyer is left with the «Other delivery method» option and a manual description.

The «Posts» section in the account menu lets you publish short pieces — about new arrivals, delivery terms or experience with the products. They go through moderation and are shown in the «Posts» tab of your public profile; there is no separate site-wide feed of posts.

There is no separate verification status, badge or document check on Remesla. Buyers' trust is built by how complete your data is:

• a confirmed email address and phone number;
• several products with good photos and descriptions, and a filled-in profile with an image;
• clear delivery terms and quick order confirmation.
