How to buy and contact a seller

Two paths: «Buy» → «Cart» → «Checkout», or «Show contacts» once you are signed in. You settle payment for the goods with the seller directly — Remesla has no online payment for the goods themselves.

• «Buy» — add the product to the cart and place the order on the site. The button appears for active listings with a price in the categories where purchase is supported (and if the listing is not your own and has no options).
• «Show contacts» — see the seller's phone number and arrange everything yourself. Available once you are signed in.

There is no built-in chat, no «Message» button, no reviews and no «Favourites» section on the site — communication happens by phone, in the seller's messengers, or in the order comment.

1. 1On the listing page click «Buy» — the product goes into the «Cart».
2. 2Open the «Cart»: items are grouped by seller, unavailable ones are marked «Unavailable» and will not be included in the order. Click «Checkout».
3. 3The «Receiver» step — the receiver's first and last name and a phone number in the +380XXXXXXXXX format. Add a comment if needed.
4. 4The «Delivery» step — for every seller pick a method (Nova Poshta, Ukrposhta, Meest Poshta or «Other delivery method») and fill in the city, branch or address.
5. 5The «Review» step — check the total; for negotiable items enter «Your price» (the seller's guide price is shown next to it). Click «Confirm order».
6. 6After that follow the status in «My purchases», and agree payment and hand-over details with the seller.

• If the cart holds products from different sellers, a separate order is created for each one — the receiver details are copied into all of them.
• You can only pick the delivery methods the seller enabled in their settings, plus the always-available «Other delivery method».
• If the seller has not listed any carrier, you will see a hint and the «Other delivery method» option right away — describe how exactly you want to receive the goods.

To see contacts, sign in and click «Show contacts» on the listing page. The phone number appears, and so do the email address and links to Telegram, Instagram, Facebook or Viber — if the seller provided them.

• Confirm availability, condition, the delivery method and timing, and whether you can inspect the item.
• Do not send a full prepayment to an unfamiliar seller without a clear agreement — see «Safety recommendations».
• Never share a CVV, passwords or SMS codes — they are not needed to receive a payment.
