Account: sign-up, sign-in and settings

Click «Sign in» in the site header, register with an email and password or with the «Continue with Google» button, confirm your address with the 6-digit code — and you can buy, see seller contacts and publish your own listings.

1. 1Open «Sign in» in the site header.
2. 2On the «Sign up» tab enter your name, email and password — or click «Continue with Google».
3. 3Enter the 6-digit code we sent to your inbox and click «Confirm». If the message has not arrived, use «Resend code» and check the «Spam» folder.
4. 4After that sign in on the same page — with email and password, or with Google.

A confirmed email address is required to publish listings and posts. Buying and viewing contacts work right after you sign in.

• A password must be 8 to 72 characters long and contain at least one Latin letter and one digit.
• Forgot your password? On the sign-in page click «Forgot password?», get the code by email and set a new password.
• Changing the password in «Settings» ends the current session — sign in again after saving.

Account menu → «Settings». Each section expands on its own, and several can stay open at once:

• «Profile photo» — your profile image (file up to 10 MB).
• «Delivery methods» — Nova Poshta, Ukrposhta, Meest Poshta. Buyers see them on your listing and choose from them at checkout.
• «Linked social networks» — Telegram, Instagram, Facebook, Viber.
• «Change password», «Change email» and «Change phone number» — each change requires your current password; a new email address is additionally confirmed with a code.

You can delete the account in the «Account management» section — to confirm, type your own name. The action cannot be undone.

• «Profile» — your public page with the «Products» and «Posts» tabs.
• «My listings», «My purchases», «My sales», «Posts», «Balance».
• «Help and support» — this help centre; «Contacts» — the support request form.
