Balance and commission

Publishing listings is free. You pay the marketplace commission only when you accept an order from the cart — from the «Balance» funds or as a one-time payment. The money for the goods themselves comes to you from the buyer directly.

Creating, publishing, editing and managing listings is not charged for. There is no fee per listing and no fee for showing contacts, and there is no paid promotion yet either.

• The amount is 5% of the order total, but no less than 20 ₴ and no more than 1000 ₴.
• It is charged once per order, at the moment you accept it (the move from «New» to «Confirmed»).
• It applies to orders in hryvnia; the amount is fixed for the specific order and shown in the «Commission payment» window before you confirm.
• Payment methods: «From balance» or «One-time payment». After payment the receiver and delivery details open up.

1. 1Open «Balance» in the account menu — it shows the «Current balance».
2. 2In the «Top up balance» block pick an amount: 100, 200, 500, 1000 ₴ or «Custom amount» (from 20 to 10,000 ₴) — then click «Top up».
3. 3The «Transaction history» block lists every top-up and commission charge with a link to the order.

The balance is only used for the marketplace commission. It does not accept or hold buyers' payments for goods.

• Publishing listings after moderation, and managing them.
• A profile with the «Products» and «Posts» tabs, contacts and social links.
• Showing your phone number to buyers and communicating off-site.
• Working with orders in «My sales» — bargaining, shipping, completion.
