Communicate politely and to the point. Insults, spam and attempts to extract personal or payment data are forbidden. Report violations via «Contacts».

There is no built-in chat on the site. Buyer and seller talk by phone or in the messengers from the contacts block, and a delivery comment can be left in the order. That is why a listing should spell out everything important up front.

• Ask about specifics: availability, condition, what is included, the delivery method and timing.
• Bargain over the price of negotiable items inside the order — that way the agreement is recorded in the offer history.
• Be honest about your intention to buy, and say so if your plans change.

• Insults, threats, discrimination and hate speech.
• Spam, intrusive advertising of third-party services and mass mailings.
• Attempts to extract personal or payment data.

If the other party breaks the rules, stop communicating and write to us via «Contacts». Describe the situation and add a link to the listing or the order number.
