How to post a listing

Confirm your email → «Create» → fill in the form → «Publish listing». Once a moderator approves it, the listing appears in the catalogue, and you manage it in «My listings».

Sign in and confirm your email address — without it the publish button is unavailable. Prepare photos, a title, a description (materials, technique, dimensions) and a price. In «Settings», set your phone number, delivery methods and social links in advance: buyers see exactly those, and pick the delivery method from them at checkout.

1. 1Click «Create» in the site header.
2. 2Add photos — the first one becomes the cover, and the order can be changed by dragging.
3. 3Fill in the title (up to 100 characters) and the description (up to 5000 characters).
4. 4Pick a category: it determines the available attributes and whether the product can be bought through the cart.
5. 5Set the attributes, the condition of the product and the price in hryvnia; mark «Negotiable» if needed.
6. 6In the «About you» block check the location, the contact person, the email and the phone number.
7. 7Click «Publish listing» — you will see the «Listing is under review» message.

• Up to 10 photos per listing, in JPEG, PNG or WebP, with a file size up to 10 MB.
• Shoot the actual product in daylight, and show what is included and any defects.
• The first photo is the main one: it is what shows up in the catalogue and in search results.

A new listing gets the «Pending» status and goes to review. If you later change the photos, title or description of an active listing, it returns to moderation; changing the price, attributes or contacts does not require another review.

Statuses: «Active», «Pending», «Rejected», «Inactive». Actions: «View», «Edit», «Deactivate», «Activate», «Delete», the «Sold» mark, and bulk actions for the selected listings. Orders for your products live in the «My sales» section.
